HOW I MET THIS BOOK: one of my best friends suggested it as the new emerging writer.

Ninfa dormiente (Teresa Battaglia, #2)

Ninfa dormiente by Ilaria Tuti
My rating: 3 of 5 starsLa prima parte del libro è come sempre accattivante, ti strega con descrizioni di luoghi e personaggi in un gioco di metafore e similitudini. Lasciando tutto in sospeso.
Comunque Teresa Battaglia rimane l’ispettrice migliore in circolazione.
Il terzo libro sarĂ  sicuramente migliore.

Connect With Nature

Surrounded by nature, when I was a teenager I couldn’t appreciate the value of it and also the priceless gift I was given when I was born. It happens, except some years abroad, I have been living in a very green region of Italy (Friuli Venezia Giulia),  where it is quite uneventful to drive or walk among vineyards and green hills and ancient castles or  manors or even going to the seaside in the morning and then to the mountains in the evening. I grew up unaware of the landscapes that greeted me  every moment.  Until I have turned 40 and,  maybe, due to some personal events, I have started thinking and reflecting upon my homeland, where everybody is complaining but where it is possible to sip the beauty of inestimable places and moreover to eat healthy food without spending a fortune. Or you can even be so lucky to have a cherry tree in your small garden, which gives you the reddest sweetest cherries in the world.

And what about your homeland? Can you enjoy nature everyday?

Enjoy the World Environment Day 2017 !
