Running to the supermarket
Running to work
Running to pick up my children
Running running running
I need a rest. I profoundly need a rest.
Sometimes exhausted I find
Myself wondering about a different life.
After so many months passed indoors, what is better than going outdoors for a walk (and a cup of coffee) to the local Park? This is exactly what I did. It was my way to take some time for myself and celebrate the 8th March and all women. I took my time, sipped my coffee, closed my eyes, enjoyed the sun heat kissing my cheeks, and relaxed. It was just an hour, just me, before going back to reality but it was enough for me to feel better.
I believe we women all deserve some time for ourselves.
PS curiosity: I sat on an odd chair, where a nest with eggs is painted. And a warning: don’t break my Eggs!

Would you prefer to receive a unicycle, bicycle, tricycle or motorcycle?
A bicycle. And then use it! Go cycling all around Europe with my kids.
What is one thing you’d like to accomplish this year?
Keeping on feeling happy. I guess nobody can feel totally happy, there are always ups and downs around the corner, but being aware of being loved and accepting some life failures has helped me much last month.
What was one of the highlights of 2016 for you?
2016 has been a really tough year for me, as a woman, as a wife. In this very moment I can’t see many highlights, but I guess my kids are always there to remind me how lucky I am. So this is why I keep on smiling and being resilient.
Would you prefer to fly a kite or fly in a hot air balloon?
A kite. Hot air balloon?! 😨
Optional Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am grateful for my family’s health and love.
I am looking forward my brother’s wedding. It will be quite an International wedding, so happy to be part of it.
