unseen, and undiscovered

As usual, I found myself, wandering. And wondering.

A casual glance. A small ancient church door, usually closed, had been opened for the local town fair. Unseen, and undiscovered to the most, I entered it and saw this Beauty. Yes, because it is a Beauty. It is a fresco dated back to the 1400. Breathtaking. So tender. So motherly painted by a man.

Once upon a time, in Italy and Europe, artists and religious (mainly Catholic) groups made great partners.
